Click OK to successfully create the signature. You can see the phone number is shown in blue and with an underline. In I nsert Hyperlink window, type the phone number format you want to be shown in the signature in the Text to display textbox, and type the actual phone number without any delimiters with tel: at the front in the Address textbox. Go back to Signature and Stationery window, in the Edit signature textbox, type the signature contents without the phone number. Then click New button under Email Signature tab in the Signature and Stationery window to display the New Signature dialog, then type a name for the new signature. In the Message window, click Insert tab, then click Signature > Signature.
